Job Description

  • Reception & Welcome: Greet and assist patients and visitors; provide directions and initial guidance.
  • Information & Assistance: Respond to inquiries regarding hospital services, schedules, and procedures.
  • Navigation & Escort Services: Guide patients to appropriate departments; assist elderly, PWDs, and patients with limited mobility.
  • Queue & Crowd Management: Maintain orderly flow in registration and service areas; implement crowd control during peak periods.
  • Patient Support Services: Assist with admissions, discharge, and internal transport; ensure patient safety and comfort.
  • Complaint Handling & Service Recovery: Receive, document, and escalate concerns; support resolution to maintain satisfaction.
  • Coordination & Communication: Liaise between patients, visitors, and hospital units; communicate urgent requests or incidents promptly.
  • Safety, Security & Compliance: Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate logs; provide regular performance and service reports.
  • Professionalism & Standards: Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and patient-focused service; participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

  • Female;
  • Height must be 5'5" and above
  • Bachelor’s degree in any course
  • Experience in customer service, front desk, healthcare support, or call center is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable interacting with patients and handling sensitive information confidentially
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and data entry systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage appointments, inquiries, and records accurately
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays if required
