Job Description
- Supervise daily front desk operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, train, and support front desk staff
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching when needed
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest concerns professionally
- Assist with guest check-in, check-out, and reservations when necessary
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requests
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and front office documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Manage scheduling and shift assignments of front desk staff
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when required
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Handle cash transactions and billing procedures accurately
- Support achievement of customer satisfaction and operational goals
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk
Qualifications
- Female;
- Height must be 5'5" or above
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proven experience at the front desk, customer service, or hotel/reception operations
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and calmly
- Knowledge of reservation systems, MS Office, and front office procedures
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Flexible with shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Professional attitude with strong customer service focus
