Job Description

  • Supervise daily front desk operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Lead, train, and support front desk staff
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching when needed
  • Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest concerns professionally
  • Assist with guest check-in, check-out, and reservations when necessary
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requests
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and front office documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Manage scheduling and shift assignments of front desk staff
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when required
  • Monitor cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Handle cash transactions and billing procedures accurately
  • Support achievement of customer satisfaction and operational goals
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk

Qualifications

  • Female;
  • Height must be 5'5" or above
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience at the front desk, customer service, or hotel/reception operations
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and calmly
  • Knowledge of reservation systems, MS Office, and front office procedures
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Flexible with shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional attitude with strong customer service focus
