2025 Strategic Planning

2025 has begun and it is the perfect time to look back to 2024’s milestones and challenges. Customer Frontline Solutions, Inc. started the year right by conducting a strategic planning which is pivotal to the company’s long-term success. It was held last January 20, 2025, at Meralco Powertech AMI Lab; the event started with an opening remark from Mr. Lawrence Ferrer, President and CEO which also included a special guest address from Mr. Ralph Placido, Head of Meralco HRBP Subsidiaries.

The participants were department heads and their officers who presented the challenges that they faced last 2024, and their plans, targets and projects for 2025. Each department identified strategic initiatives and support that they need from other teams, which will help them achieve their goals that will highly contribute to the company’s success.

Moreover, participants actively offered insightful opinions to each team to help them achieve their targets for 2025 since our team is committed to making sure that these targets are realistic and attainable.

The event was concluded with the introduction of CFS’ battle cry for 2025 “CFS, Susulong! Posible lahat basta Magkakasama.” It was a productive yet fun day for everyone who attended the planning as the support of each team was felt. At CFS, we believe how important it is to provide assistance to one another as it may create new milestones for the company, which will be beneficial for everyone.

Surely, this strategic planning is not a one-time exercise but it’s an ongoing process of innovating and learning. At CFS, we are confident that we will thrive not only in 2025, but also in the years to come.
