CFS Meralco Tellering Team received multiple awards at the annual Recognition of Stellar Vendor Performance
On March 7, 2025 at the Meralco Multi-Purpose Hall in Pasig City, the CFS Operations – Meralco Tellering Team was awarded with the "Highest Performance Collection Services" category, 2024 Customer Service Award for Outsourced Job with the Highest Customer Experience Index, and 2024 Highest Performance of an Outsourced Service (In support to Collection). The awards were given at the annual Recognition of Stellar Vendor Performance awarding which is being held annually. The award was officiated by Meralco’s senior leaders, including:

- Michelle Ann C. Rivera, Head of Contract Management Office
- Home and Microbiz – 3 Area Heads
- Charina “Chi” Padua, FVP & Head of Customer Retail Services
This event provided an opportunity to recognize the exceptional efforts of Meralco's contractors. The CFS Operations – Meralco Tellering Team stood out for their incredible accomplishment as this achievement marks a significant milestone for the team, highlighting their exceptional commitment to customer service and their consistent performance in delivering outstanding collection services.
Every year, Meralco honors contractors who continuously meet or beyond expectations for a variety of services with the Recognition of Stellar Vendor Performance event. The event, which began in 2017 as a coordination meeting for individual contractors, evolved significantly over time. In 2021, the event expanded to include contractors under Meralco's Contract Management Office, such as those in Discon, Recon, Messengerial, Meter Reading, Help Desk, and Collection Services. This expansion increased the number of contractors eligible for recognition to 40. The first-ever awards were given out in 2023, based on the Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance results from 2022. That year, the CFS Operations – Meralco Tellering Team excelled, winning the prize for Best Performance in the Collection Services Sector. The group received recognition for their work alongside that of other well-known contractors, such CFS Tellering and Bayad Center.
The team once again proved their competence in 2024, receiving nominations in two categories for the 2025 award cycle: 2024 Highest Performance of an Outsourced Service (In support to Collection), with Bayad Center and CFS Tellering nominated, and 2024 Customer Service Award for Outsourced Job with the Highest Customer Experience Index with 17 Meralco Contractors nominated.
The CFS Operations – Meralco Tellering Team has been recognized as the recipient of the award for the best performance in collecting services. This group has consistently performed exceptionally well in its duties of handling cash effectively, ensuring smooth client contacts, and hitting performance goals.
