Assist in admitting patients using proper body mechanics and uses precautionary measures to promote a safe working environment
Ensure safe transferring of patient from the unit up to the patient/family’s personal vehicle
Assist family in transferring their belongings
Facilitates detailed and accurate endorsement to receiving/incoming clinical assistant to guarantee smooth floor of unit operation
Ensures that unit property or equipment is complete, in good condition, accounted for and reports malfunctioning of medical equipment (wheelchair/cart) in a timely manner to ward off patient and staff harm
Maintain Cleanliness of all carts and wheelchairs in accordance with Infection Prevention and Control

Male;
Height must be 5'6" or above
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Psychology, or related field preferred
Experience in healthcare support, patient care, hospital coordination, or customer service is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain discharge instructions clearly and professionally
Compassionate, patient-focused, and empathetic attitude
Good organizational and documentation skills
Knowledge of basic medical terminology is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare record systems
Ability to handle confidential patient information responsibly
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Willing to work flexible schedules if needed
Professional appearance and positive work ethic
