Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities: 
1. Obtain an end-to-end understanding of assigned accounts, including surrounding operations impacting the account, areas generating cash inflow and outflow, General Ledger entries to the account system interfaces, transaction flow of originating and clearing entries, risk, and internal control.

2. Oversee the progress and status of the reconciliation project adhering to the agreed timeline. 

3. Performs initial review of reconciliation reports to ensure adherence to the work plan guidelines, target output, accuracy, and completeness of the reconciliation.

4. Raise identified discrepancies based on the reconciliation reports and propose corresponding resolution, which may include correcting GL entries. 

5. Raise issues noted arising from the reconciliation reports or as directed by the assigned manager. 

6. Other ad hoc responsibilities may be assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate Preferably graduate of a BS Accountancy, BS Accounting Technology or in any finance related field equivalent.
CPA certification is a plus for the Lead Analyst.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• LEAD ANALYST: 
- Proficiency in MS Office applications. Advanced expertise in MS Excel is an advantage.
- Proficient and knowledgeable working with accounting systems, preferably MS Navision
- At least 2 years of experience acquired leading a team with a function or projects completed heavily focused on reconciliation and resolution.
